🔀 Connector: the most valuable skill in the age of AI?

I hear a lot about “AI talent,” but in 2026, the real shortage isn’t in coding: it’s in connecting people, business, and technology.

In my article for ESIC Magazine this summer, I highlight that as AI automates, the focus shift to human impact and those who can orchestrate:
1️⃣ Strategic Vision: The ability to see beyond the algorithm to the long-term business impact.
2️⃣ Radical Empathy: Designing human-centric experiences that AI can define, but never “feel.”
3️⃣ Hybrid Fluency: Translating complex technology into real-world business solutions.

In organizations like BBVA or Moeve, the best talent this summer isn’t just learning the tools; they are learning how to lead with them.

👇 What is the “human” skill we should be focusing on this year?
