A Privilege and a Purpose: Patron of the ESIC 2025 Graduation

This past Saturday, I had the honor of addressing the graduating class of ESIC — a generation stepping into the world at a moment where change is not just constant, but exponential.

As I reflected on my own journey, from global roles in Silicon Valley to leading digital transformation at Moeve, I shared four guiding principles that have shaped my path — hoping to inspire this promotion to be agents of change:

🔭 Explore.

The future rewards those who step beyond the familiar. Exploring isn’t just about geography — it’s about mindset. New ideas, cultures, technologies… They expand our vision. Even detours can become defining moments when we remain open to possibility.

📖 Stay Curious.

Learning doesn’t end at graduation — in truth, it begins. In a world where what’s relevant today may be obsolete tomorrow, the only sustainable advantage is the hunger to grow. Curiosity is not a luxury — it is a discipline.

🤖 Integrate technology, business… and people

True innovation happens when we bring together what others keep apart: technology, business, and humanity. The real impact lies not in the algorithm, but in how it improves lives. Transformation isn’t just digital — it’s personal.

🌐 Connect.

In a global, interdependent world, your ability to build genuine, diverse, and purpose-driven relationships will define your reach — and your relevance. We rise through collaboration, not isolation.

To the graduates, I say this: the world doesn’t just need more professionals. It needs leaders. Leaders who are brave enough to explore, humble enough to keep learning, visionary enough to integrate complexity, and human enough to connect.

✨ The future is not something we wait for. It is something we create. And that creation begins — now, with you.
